About The Position

This is an in-house recruiting role at a fast-growing AI data company building high-quality reinforcement-learning environments and agents for frontier AI labs. Recruiting is central to the company’s work, and the team is hiring across technical and operational functions. Recruiters own searches end to end and work directly with founders and senior leaders. The recruiting function is still being built, so the role calls for autonomy, speed, and the ability to develop processes and infrastructure as the business grows. The role is onsite in San Francisco five days per week. Compensation is described as a competitive salary plus equity.

Requirements

2–5+ years of recruiting experience spanning both agency and in-house environments.
A demonstrated track record of identifying, attracting, and closing strong talent in competitive markets.
Experience recruiting for, or familiarity with, finance, consulting, private equity, or operationally rigorous business roles.
Startup experience and comfort building in an environment where many things are not yet established.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to engage founders and senior leaders directly.
High agency, low ego, and genuine interest in the idea that the future of AI is bottlenecked on human data.
Ability to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical or operational roles, from search strategy through close.
Identify, attract, and close candidates from competitive talent pools in finance, consulting, and technology.
Partner directly with founders and senior leaders to scope roles and calibrate the hiring bar.
Build recruiting processes and infrastructure where they do not yet exist.
Move quickly while maintaining quality as business priorities shift.
