Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the legal sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Leverage various sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates
Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for in-depth interviews
Build and maintain relationships with law schools and legal associations
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each position
Manage the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience
Keep abreast with industry trends and market intelligence relevant to recruitment in the legal sector
Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities
