About The Position

America’s Auto Auction is seeking an experienced Recruiter to work on a part-time contract basis in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment. The role is based onsite at the company’s Corporate Office in Carmel, Indiana. Preferred availability is Monday through Friday for approximately 25 to 30 hours per week. This is a 1099 contract position with top hourly pay based on experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work independently.
• ATS experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Auction, automotive, or related industry experience.
• Experience with Paylocity Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with other recruiting activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information throughout the hiring process.
• Administer recruiting workflows and candidate activity in Paylocity Recruiting.
