About The Position

Omnicom Public Relations is seeking a contract Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Partner to help hire talent across its public relations agencies. This hands-on role owns a busy portfolio of openings and requires the ability to get up to speed quickly and deliver results. The position works with stakeholders across the business and supports recruitment, employer branding, candidate attraction, inclusion, and improvements to recruitment platforms and candidate experience.

The company’s policy, to the extent permitted by local law, requires employees to work in the office at least three days per week, unless the agency or manager directs additional in-office days.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning the end-to-end recruitment process.
• An excellent professional network.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience, with the ability to influence effectively.
• Self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
• Strong technical recruiting skills, including the safe and critical use of AI tools in a work setting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience recruiting in one or more of the following areas: public relations, healthcare, analytics, or creative.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of positions, from sign-off through offer stage.
• Build and develop strong, meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Serve as a recruitment subject matter expert, proactively sharing industry knowledge, market insight, and talent intelligence.
• Coach, support, and advise business leaders on recruitment best practices.
• Source and engage passive candidates through personal networks, direct outreach, and market mapping.
• Assist with projects supporting employer branding, external candidate attraction, inclusion, and recruitment platforms that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
