About The Position

Keltec is seeking a highly organized and driven Recruiter to support our growing manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions and providing administrative support for portions of the salaried hiring process. The ideal candidate brings manufacturing recruiting experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational skill.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience managing high-volume hourly recruiting
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting salaried or professional hiring processes
  • Knowledge of workforce planning in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience with onboarding and pre-employment processes
  • ADP Experience
  • Bilingual not required but highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelines
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume roles
  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate and conduct structured interviews
  • Extend offers and support pre-employment processes
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling interviews, coordinating calendars, and managing candidate communications
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records
  • Prepare offer documentation and onboarding materials
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate flow
  • Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes
