The Recruiter recruits, screens, evaluates and hires candidates for administrative positions throughout the firm. The Recruiter will guide administrative candidates through all stages of the recruiting process including background checks, assessments, interviews and reference checking. The Recruiter will maintain relationships with temporary service vendors to fill all approved temporary requisitions throughout the firm. The position includes a high-level of teamwork and responsibility, with heavy interaction with all levels of employees, including Principals and management, as well as other members of Human Resources. Candidates must be bilingual in French and English for consideration. Preference for candidates located in Montreal or Mississauga.
