Requirements

• Associate's degree OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4 years of human resources, recruitment, or related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Two (2) years of previous recruitment experience in healthcare
• Workday Experience
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate or equivalent
