The Florida Parishes Juvenile Detention Center (FPJDC) is seeking a passionate, driven, and people-focused Recruiter to help us identify and hire professionals dedicated to working with at-risk youth in a secure juvenile justice environment. This is not your typical recruiter role. As part of Team FPJDC, the Recruiter goes beyond staffing vacancies - it's about finding role models in our community that have the compassion, resilience, integrity, and leadership needed to positively impact the lives of young people during some of their most difficult moments. Requirements

Recruiting, HR, staffing, or talent acquisition experience (minimum 1-3 years)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to identify high-character individuals
Creativity, initiative, and professionalism
A passion for public service and helping others
