About The Position

Atlantic Health is seeking a Recruiter responsible for partnering with the business unit to identify, define and fulfill current and future workforce demands. Identifies and implements forward-thinking attraction and sourcing strategies in response to the business needs and will be responsible for identifying and assessing internal and external talent.

Requirements

  • Leveraging HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday, or similar systems) to manage requisitions, maintain data integrity, and drive efficient, compliant hiring processes across a high-volume workload.
  • Developing partnerships with schools and universities to proactively generate a continual, diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
  • Managing and coordinating career fair participation across multiple sites.
  • Effectively managing high requisition volume while partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Providing a professional, forward-thinking approach to workforce planning and talent delivery.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Creates and utilizes innovative and aggressive recruitment methods that are designed to deliver an exceptional, diverse pool of candidates to Hiring Managers in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Consults clients about all the recruitment efforts required.
  • Builds multi-discipline relationship at all levels across dynamic workforce all throughout New Jersey.
  • Monitors staffing metrics including, but not limited to: Number of Positions Filled, Time-to-Fill, Source of Hire, Offer/Acceptance, and other internal measurements and standards that drive an effective talent acquisition process.
  • Utilizes effective sourcing strategies (passive and non-passive) to build a network of high quality, diverse candidates for current and future openings.
  • Provides appropriate counsel and recommendations throughout the entire acquisition process on candidate assessment and selection, offer recommendation, and other guidance as necessary.
  • Engage with hiring managers at site locations to build trusted partnerships and drive effective, aligned hiring processes.
  • Demonstrates ability to create and conduct presentations on topics such as AAP Compliance, New Hire Regulatory Standards, Behavioral Interviewing, and Enhanced Candidate Experience.
  • Leverages HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday, or similar systems) to manage requisitions, maintain data integrity, and drive efficient, compliant hiring processes across a high-volume workload.
  • Develops partnerships with schools and universities to proactively generate a continual, diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates including, but not limited to front end representatives and medical assistants.
  • Managed and coordinated career fair participation across multiple sites, including scheduling events, organizing logistics, and partnering with site leadership to ensure strong candidate engagement and coverage.
  • Effectively manages high requisition volume while partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing a professional, forward-thinking approach to workforce planning and talent delivery.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
