About The Position

Our Recruiter role is a perfect opportunity for an outgoing, organized and self-motivated individual with experience in full cycle recruiting. You will work closely with the HR Team by mining for top talent across several platforms. This role will support our aggressive hiring goals and is critical in building pipelines of talent for every function across the organization including field service and sales roles.

Requirements

Working knowledge of best recruitment practices
Ability to conduct Boolean searches
Knowledge of ATS and job boards
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Must have a strong understanding and awareness of the sensitivity and importance of human resources processes and be able to operate with discretion, confidentiality and a sense of urgency.
Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain credibility, trust and rapport with staff at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects and the ability to adjust to shifting priorities in a consistent manner.
3-4+ years of high volume recruiting experience

Responsibilities

Full cycle recruiting
Create relationships and build rapport with hiring managers
Maintain ADP Recruitment Module
Conduct outreach to candidates within job boards, Indeed and ADP
Conduct phone interviews to screen potential candidates
Facilitate phone, video and in-person interviews
Follow up with vendors on candidate correspondence
Devise new ways to attract candidates through creative and innovative solutions
Develop and maintain contacts with schools and other public organizations or job fairs
Create and maintain job descriptions
Travel as necessary not to exceed 10%
Other duties as assigned
