The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for recruitment within the Internal Manufacturing organization, predominantly focusing on Craft, Engineering, CAD, and Operational roles across all levels (Coordinator through Manager/Director). This role will also include leading recruitment for the Summer Internship Program for Industrial Internal Manufacturing. The recruiter will partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify talent needs and provide strategies to attract and recruit top talent. Sourcing will be done via partnerships like career fairs and professional organizations, as well as through internal development programs for early career talent. Additionally, the role will contribute to broader ad hoc HR projects and cross-functional initiatives in support of organizational priorities.
