About The Position

Our Recruiters specialize in identifying, attracting, and engaging passive and active talent for current and future vacancies with special emphasis on well-qualified, values centered, and diverse candidates. Recruiters are responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, and ensuring timely, cost-effective onboarding. They maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at large, with a wide degree of creativity, near-and long-term recruiting vision and strategy, business understanding, and personal organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably within a high-volume or specialized industry.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialized CRM/ATS tools like Workday, UKG & iCIMS preferred.
  • Strong interviewing skills and a talent for building long lasting relationships
  • Self-driven and able to meet deadlines is a must
  • Ability to set priorities and appropriately organize workload and complete assignments in a timely manner.
  • Ability to relate to clinical and direct staff, as well as with the public.
  • Strong accuracy in reviewing resumes and identifying key information.
  • Commitment to fair, consistent, and efficient screening.
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive employment information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing accuracy and clarity in all correspondence
