About The Position

Metropolitan Behavioral Health, a growing 144-bed behavioral health facility, is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role, reporting to the HR Director, is responsible for high-volume recruitment and onboarding support, developing sources for prospective employees to meet staffing needs. Key duties include preliminary screenings, interviews, testing, routing applications, maintaining employment records and systems (job requisitions, postings, applications, resumes, job descriptions, employee files), tracking onboarding progress, and ensuring the confidentiality of employee and patient information.

Requirements

Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, sales or marketing, business administration or similar field is required
Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or similar experience within an acute medical or psychiatric treatment setting
This is an in-person position for per diem to part-time hours

Responsibilities

Responsible for a high volume of recruitment & on-boarding support
Develops sources for prospective employees to meet staffing requirements
Primarily performs preliminary screenings, interviews, and testing
Routes applications to appropriate Hiring Managers
Maintains appropriate employment records and systems including but not limited to job requisitions, postings, applications, resumes, job descriptions, and employee files
Works directly with the HR Director and Hiring Managers on fulfilling recruitment needs
Tracks on-boarding progress through the probation period
Ensures the confidentiality of all employee and patient information
