Recruiter (Remote)
About The Position
Seeking a Part-Time Remote Recruiter for 20 hours/week, available Monday-Friday. This role involves identifying and attracting top talent to Devereux, a national nonprofit behavioral health organization. The Recruiter will collaborate with the Senior People Operations Generalist and Devereux DESS Centers to meet staffing needs and enhance the employee value proposition. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing recruitment processes, and contributing to strategic planning. DESS partners with child-serving institutions to provide services in early learning, behavioral and mental health treatment, academic interventions, and prevention programming, as well as offering direct staff placement, diagnostic evaluations, and consultation services to school districts.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably Recruitment) required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Human Resources Information systems, specifically applicant tracking systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including referrals, internal databases, Internet sourcing, social recruiting, cold calling, and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-site recruitment for Devereux Center's specialty roles on a national scale.
- Manage the initial recruitment process of attracting, sourcing, and phone-screening qualified candidates to recommend for interviews.
- Utilize traditional and modern recruitment methods to post positions and source candidates.
- Develop candidate pipelines for anticipated future needs to reduce time-to-hire/fill, expand the candidate pool organization-wide, and improve candidate quality.
- Assist with supporting Center high volume needs, executive level recruitment, program expansion, recruiter vacancies, and international recruitment initiatives as needed.
