About The Position

This is a seasonal, remote Field Recruiter position focused on managing the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume manufacturing hiring needs. The role involves partnering with an onsite recruiting team, developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and coordinating pre-employment activities. The position supports manufacturing operations experiencing rapid growth and fluctuating staffing demands.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proven experience supporting high-volume manufacturing hiring environments strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage the entire recruiting process from intake through onboarding readiness.
• Experience building candidate pipelines for large-scale hiring initiatives and ramp-ups.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding readiness.
• Partner closely with an onsite recruiting team to support high-volume manufacturing hiring needs across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing workforce demands, seasonal ramp-ups, and peak hiring periods.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify top talent for open positions.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screening, and I-9 compliance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Support hiring initiatives for manufacturing operations experiencing rapid growth and fluctuating staffing demands.
