About The Position

Responsible for coordinating and implementing the Agency's recruitment efforts to ensure adequate, qualified field staff are available to meet the staffing needs of the Agency.

Requirements

High school graduate, college degree preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications and ability to work well with people.
Strong ability to build relationships.
Demonstrated organization and time management skills.
Proficient with computers and electronic data entry.

Responsibilities

Maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates to quickly meet the changing business needs of clients and referrals through ongoing recruitment efforts.
Manages full-cycle recruitment including posting jobs, screening candidates, and initiating the onboarding process before hand-off.
Manages all aspects of the Agency's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Maintains logs / records of recruitment activity and conversion rates.
Consistently achieves recruitment metrics as established by supervisor.
Maintains active communication with Service Coordinator(s) to review open needs, case fit feedback, client preferences, and ongoing recruitment efforts.
Communicates effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team through verbal reports and participation in Agency meetings as needed.
Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Performs other duties as deemed necessary.
