Requirements

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment navigating between multiple applications, documents, and e-mails
At least 2-5 years of recruiting experience (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Strong interpersonal skills
Well-versed in communicating with clinicians/candidates over the phone, e-mail and video call
Ability to work in a team setting, as well as independently
Ability to accept constructive criticism
Critical thinking/thinking outside the box

Responsibilities

Sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding clinical professionals
Performing various marketing activities for assigned region(s)
Posting jobs internally and on various job boards
Working collaboratively with operations and clinical teams to determine candidate eligibility
Generating and submitting to Human Resources, Personnel Action Notices (PANs) for terminations and data changes
Using ATS system and DocuSign to generate offers and to collect recruiting documents
Performing various administrative duties in order to support recruitment and operational efforts
Attending meetings and participate in projects, as needed
Preparing and sending weekly/monthly reports related to recruiting
