Our Clackamas Branch is looking for a Recruiter to help build on its success. You'll prospect new business, strengthen client relationships, conduct onsite visits, recruit and interview top talent, and assist in developing staffing strategies that help businesses succeed. This is a fast-paced, relationship-focused sales role where your ability to communicate, solve problems, and build trust will directly impact your success.

Requirements

  • At least two years in a client-facing role
  • At least two years of experience in a position that required meeting monthly quotas or sales goals.
  • Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify quality candidates to fill open positions.
  • Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management for placed candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
  • Strategize and create service delivery plans
