About The Position

As a full-time or part-time Human Resources Recruiting Intern at HR-1, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the recruitment of top-tier talent for Hercules Materials Holdings LLC. This internship is designed for an enthusiastic, people-oriented individual interested in learning the fundamentals of corporate recruiting and talent acquisition. You will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while building professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with candidates and professionals at all levels.
• Highly organized, with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Interest in corporate recruiting or a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to learn role requirements and business needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with recruiting reports and basic metrics analysis.
• Participate in campus recruiting, career fairs, or hiring events as needed.
