About The Position

TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Recruiter Intern for its ten-week paid summer internship program, taking place June through August. Interns contribute to office activities and projects, including sales territory reviews, resume sourcing, and placing candidates. The program includes assigned mentors who provide guidance and resources for daily assignments and longer-term projects, as well as executive guest speaker calls about career paths at TEKsystems. No IT knowledge is necessary. After completing the program, interns may be considered for a full-time role.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an undergraduate marketing, sales, or communication program as a rising senior.
• Have a strong desire to work in sales.
• Have an excellent ability to establish and maintain solid, genuine relationships.
• Be accountable and able to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the office with sales territory reviews.
• Source resumes.
• Assist with placing candidates.
• Complete day-to-day assignments and longer-term projects with guidance from an assigned mentor.
