About The Position

Ambient.ai is looking for a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles. You'll manage requisitions from intake through offer, working closely with hiring managers and a senior recruiting lead to keep pipelines moving and candidates informed at every step. This is a hands-on, execution-focused seat: you'll follow Ambient's established GTM hiring process, build and manage your own candidate pipeline, and get exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle as you grow toward more senior scope.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle non-technical/GTM recruiting experience, ideally including Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success hiring
• Prior startup experience preferred; comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment as a self-starter who knows when to ask for help
• Track record personally sourcing and closing individual-contributor and manager-level candidates
• Working proficiency with an ATS (Ashby a plus) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox
• Organized and metrics-minded, using data to track pipeline health, with clear, personable communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Demonstrated AI fluency — comfortable using AI tools daily across sourcing research, candidate communication drafting, and pipeline tracking

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and G&A requisitions at a time, from sourcing through offer, for individual-contributor and first-line manager roles
• Build and manage your own candidate pipeline using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Juicebox, and conduct recruiter screens to assess fit against role requirements
• Meet regularly with hiring managers to align on role requirements, calibrate feedback, and keep pipelines and req status current in Ashby
• Guide candidates through interviews and offer conversations with clear, timely communication at every stage
• Apply Ambient's existing GTM recruiting process consistently, and flag friction points or improvement ideas to the senior recruiting team
