About The Position

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter Freelance to support our sales hiring projects. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline that meets our hiring requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an in-house or freelance recruiter, preferably with experience in sales recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to proactively identify candidates using various recruitment platforms and talent databases.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and personal laptop.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified sales candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on the required qualifications and project criteria.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, competencies, and overall suitability.
  • Submit qualified candidates along with concise screening notes and interview feedback.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the agreed timeline and hiring targets.
