About The Position

RECRUITER (ENGINEERING & GTM) Focus: High-Growth Startups & AI-Driven Placement THE MISSION Our client is an AI-powered recruiting platform reinventing how top talent connects with high-growth startups. By automating the repetitive aspects of sourcing and evaluation, they enable hiring teams to move faster while providing candidates with a sharper, more human experience. YOUR MISSION As a Recruiter, you will build and manage an elite network of high-quality Engineering and GTM talent. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, acting as a strategic partner to both candidates and high-growth startup clients to ensure swift, high-signal placements.

Requirements

  • Proven Recruitment Expertise: You are a spectacular recruiter who has managed long, complex, and "messy" funnels from end-to-end.
  • Agency DNA: You have previous experience running an agency or working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Communication & Sales Mastery: You are incredibly sociable and an expert communicator who can sell opportunities like it's second nature.
  • Startup Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited about the potential for AI to disrupt the recruiting industry.
  • Tech Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with technology-driven industries and the Bay Area talent landscape is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting funnels from initial sourcing through to the final close.
  • Run full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of high-growth startup clients.
  • Partner with clients to clarify role requirements and drive total alignment on hiring goals.
  • Build and nurture deep, long-term relationships with elite Engineering and GTM talent, specifically within the Bay Area tech ecosystem.
  • Maintain a comprehensive, "always-warm" talent pipeline to enable rapid, high-quality placements.
  • Sell candidates on opportunities with genuine conviction—you are a natural closer who knows how to move the needle.
  • Conduct and evaluate candidate screens to ensure only high-signal shortlists reach hiring managers.
  • Bridge the gap between AI-driven automation and human connection to provide a premium candidate experience.
  • Identify and remove friction within the funnel to ensure the process moves at "startup speed" without sacrificing quality.
