About The Position

Long Creek is hiring a Recreation Activities Supervisor for its resort on the shores of Table Rock Lake. The property features 108 guest units. The supervisor leads recreational activities for guests, helps maintain a safe and welcoming pool area, and supports the Recreation Manager with scheduling, training, and team development. The role helps create a lively environment and memorable guest experiences. The position requires at least one year of resort recreation or related-field experience, demonstrated swimming competency, and CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it after hire. Leadership experience and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred, though CPR/First Aid may also be acquired after hire.
