About The Position

Russell Cellular is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to support accounts receivable, invoice reconciliation, and sales contract review. The role provides administrative support and timely assistance to retail locations, while working with executive management on projects and updates to policies and procedures. The position requires attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with common office software, and the ability to work independently and multitask.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Accuracy and speed in data entry.
Competency with Outlook email, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
General office skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and process accounts receivable transactions.
Perform administrative duties, including handling a high volume of phone calls, email, and paperwork.
Reconcile a high volume of invoices.
Review, correct, and reconcile sales contracts processed at the store level.
Assist executive management with ongoing projects and updates to policies and procedures.
Provide service and direct support to retail locations by resolving issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and procedures.
