About The Position

Russell Cellular is hiring a Reconciliation Specialist to support accounts receivable processing, invoice and sales-contract reconciliation, and administrative operations. The role also provides direct support to retail locations, helps resolve issues, and assists executive management with projects and policy updates. Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer with more than 450 locations across 43 states and over 2,200 employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Accuracy and speed in data entry.
• Competency with Outlook Email, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• General office skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask to achieve Corporate Office goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and process accounts receivable transactions.
• Handle administrative tasks, including answering a high volume of phone calls and managing email and paperwork.
• Reconcile a high volume of invoices.
• Review, correct, and reconcile sales contracts processed at the store level.
• Assist executive management with ongoing projects and updates to policies and procedures.
• Provide service and direct support to retail locations by resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and procedures.
