About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon team and help deliver a welcoming, comfortable salon experience. As a receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and a key support for stylists and salon management throughout the day. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working as part of a team in an energetic, supportive salon environment, this could be a great fit. This role is perfect for students nearing graduation, passionate beauty industry learners, and students needing flexible schedules. Great Clips salons give receptionists (aka salon coordinators) the structure and support to succeed in a customer-focused role. You will have a great, reliable hourly wage, flexible scheduling with dependable retail hours, and a team environment where salon staff help each other succeed. You'll have the opportunity to create positive connections with customers and teammates while supporting essential salon operations, with clear processes and training for front-desk responsibilities. Experience working in a professional salon setting is provided, along with opportunities to grow into other roles within the salon, if desired. Innovative salon technology, including Online Check-In and the Great Clips App, will be utilized. Nice To Haves
