About The Position
Apple Autos is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to welcome customers and support the dealership team. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers in person and by phone, assisting with inquiries about vehicle sales, service, and parts. This position works at multiple Apple Autos locations. No prior experience is necessary. Apple Autos is a six-brand, six-location automotive company that emphasizes putting people before profit and creating extraordinary customer experiences. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct callers to the appropriate department, or take messages.
- Assist customers with inquiries about vehicle sales, service, and parts.
- Manage the dealership front desk area and keep it organized and presentable.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data-entry tasks.
