About The Position

Revere Health is seeking a part-time receptionist for its Internal Medicine clinic in Salem, Utah. The receptionist is an initial point of contact for patients and supports clinic operations by answering patient calls, setting up accounts for new patients, scheduling appointments, and creating tasks to relay patient questions and concerns. The role works closely with physicians and staff and involves maintaining patient information accurately while providing welcoming, professional customer service. This is an entry-level opportunity, and training will be provided. The successful candidate will learn the clinic’s computer systems and day-to-day processes, help patients and employees, and represent Revere Health’s mission and reputation. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The regular schedule for this position is every Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with the ability to pick up additional shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Answer patient phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
