Position Summary Walker White Mechanical is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks in a fast-paced office setting.

Requirements

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in person and by phone
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
Schedule appointments and dispatch calls as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Maintain a clean and welcoming front office area
Support office staff and management with daily tasks as needed
