About The Position

Camping World is seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking Receptionist to join its growing team. The Receptionist is a key contributor to a meaningful customer experience and serves as the first point of contact for customers. The role welcomes customers, helps set a positive tone, checks in VIP appointments, directs customers to appropriate team members, coordinates front desk activities, and assists with customer questions. The role also tracks incoming sales calls in the company CRM. Other duties, functions, and responsibilities may be assigned as appropriate and necessary.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to take initiative, with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation.
Personal responsibility and reliability, and a desire to work as an integral member of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to respond effectively to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
Computer skills, including MS Office.
May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
