Requirements

  • High School degree required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of personnel and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to take initiative to prioritize projects

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes and directs visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries and by giving directions.
  • Maintains building security by following procedures, monitoring lobby log book, issuing visitor badges and monitoring of the lobby.
  • Screen incoming calls and assist callers in determining correct destination.
  • Greet visitors and candidates in a professional and courteous manner and notify the appropriate department.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Assist supervisor with developing and maintaining reception scheduling.
  • Complete various projects directed by Customer Service Manager.
  • Process fax orders for parts/accessories as needed.
