About The Position

The Production Recruiter will manage the full scope of lifecycle recruitment for the assigned Production verticals of Operations (Production, Maintenance, Sanitation, etc.) and Supply Chain (Warehouse, Transportation, etc.). This position is responsible for requisition creation/management (Greenhouse ATS), job distribution, active and passive candidate sourcing, candidate review and screening, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, and facilitating pre-employment screenings. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing our Production/Manufacturing third-party vendors and the Talent Acquisition project of building community partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of job-related experience
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Assertive, resourceful, and strategic in order to achieve outstanding business results
  • Ability to be a credible and influential business partner for company leadership
  • Prioritize a high workload of requisitions, prioritizing appropriately against company objectives, and demonstrating a sense of urgency in creating positive hiring outcomes
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Own and manage assigned project, in addition to regular duties, establishing and achieving milestones and completion goals
  • Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Resiliency and adaptability when navigating a fast-paced and dynamic Founder culture
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and overall technical aptitude to learn new systems quickly
