About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Contract Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring efforts for technical and consulting-focused roles. This position is ideal for someone experienced in fast-paced environments such as staffing agencies or consulting firms, where speed, quality, and adaptability are critical. The duration of the contract is 3–6 months with the potential to convert to a full-time position.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or consulting environment
• Proven ability to independently manage the entire recruiting lifecycle
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and modern technology stacks (e.g., cloud platforms, data tools)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and attract top talent
• Ability to work onsite in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week)

Nice To Haves

• Experience recruiting for specialized technical roles such as data engineering, cloud, or analytics professionals
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data technologies
• Existing network of technical talent is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
• Build pipelines of qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other platforms)
• Deliver a high-quality, professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand technical requirements, provide updates, and advise on market trends
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical qualifications and alignment with client-facing or consulting environments
