About The Position

We’re hiring a Facilities Coordinator to provide hands‑on facilities, maintenance, and operations support across two office locations and one cemetery site (10–20 mile radius). This is a temporary role with the opportunity to apply for the permanent position based on performance.

Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Multi‑site travel required

Responsibilities

  • Preventive maintenance identification (plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
  • Maintenance tickets and service request support
  • Fleet checks, refueling, and vehicle rotation
  • Workstation setup (onboarding/offboarding)
  • Meeting and event setup/teardown
  • Facility access support (keys, signage, access requests)
  • Cemetery support: opening/closing, light grounds upkeep, vendor coordination, limited burial‑day logistics
