As a Coverage Specialist, you will contribute to that commitment! After an intense one week training program, you will hit the ground running, armed with industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of carrier capacity. Once you hit the floor, you will focus on finding carriers across the nation to transport our customer's shipments! Through negotiation and collaboration, you will enable Arrive to service our customers and their freight in the most cost-effective way possible. We are looking for dedicated, high-energy candidates to join our growing team of Coverage Specialists. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to a growing start-up and launch a career in logistics! During your first 60 days with us, you will learn the business and understand the relationships between departments. After shadowing different roles, you will have a better understanding of where you want to launch your career in logistics. In partnership with leadership, we will help identify where that next role will be. After hitting your performance goals during your first 60 days in the position, you will be considered for the opportunity to evolve your career into a full-time role in sales, operations or accounting at Arrive Logistics! After an intensive one-week training program, youâll hit the ground running with the knowledge, tools, and resources to secure reliable carrier capacity nationwide. Youâll work closely with our internal sales and operations teams to provide seamless coverage, anticipate potential risks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact our customers.
