Requirements

• College diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat appearance and articulate communication skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

• Excellent communication and customer service skills or experience in providing concierge services, an asset.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails, and provide the required information.
• Greet visitors at the reception desk and inform the appropriate person of their arrival.
• Maintain and update telephone lists.
• Maintain the reception area and nearby conference rooms.
• Manage the digitization of emails.
• Provide support to mailroom employees and the administrative assistant, as required.
• Perform other duties as needed.
