They will demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills, with a hospitality mindset dedicated to creating frictionless, high-quality experiences for clients and guests. The role also involves acting as a liaison between clients, guests, and other onsite partners to ensure a seamless customer experience, embodying and mastering JLL's Reception Service Standards.
