Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Provide information about products, services, and general company activities.
• Assist customers with routine questions and requests.
• Support customer engagement and relationship-building activities.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office coordination.
• Receive and organize incoming mail and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
• Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and office records.
• Support team members with general administrative activities.
• Communicate professionally with customers and visitors.
