Become a part of our caring community This is a brand new Conviva Clinic, that will open in July, at our new Coral Springs location. We are currently hiring personnel for this new center. We ask for your flexibility, as you will train in a nearby Conviva Clinic, while construction in Coral Springs is complete. You will mainly work out of the Deerfield Beach Specialty Center. You must be open to covering other nearby Conviva Centers. The Receptionist performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support and computational tasks while greeting patients in a friendly manner. You will report to the Center Administrator. The Receptionist operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains call logs. You will take and distribute accurate messages, greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit. You will issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs, alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee. You will respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and email address. Additional responsibilities may include miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.
