About The Position

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for salon customers and supports stylists and salon management throughout the day. The role helps create a welcoming, comfortable, and professional salon experience by greeting customers, helping manage salon flow, assisting with Online Check-In, and supporting stylists. Receptionists also help keep the salon clean and organized, provide accurate wait times, and maintain the front area.

This is a part-time, customer-facing position in an energetic, supportive salon environment. Training is provided on salon systems, customer service, and daily operations. No prior salon experience or cosmetology or barber license is required. Current cosmetology and barber students are encouraged to apply, and the role may offer experience for those exploring a future salon career. Opportunities to move into stylist, leadership, or other salon roles may be available depending on licensure and interest.
