About The Position

Camping World is seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking Receptionist to provide a meaningful customer experience and serve as a key contributor to the team. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, welcomes and directs them, coordinates front desk activities, and tracks incoming sales calls. The role calls for a reliable, organized team member with strong customer service and communication skills and an interest in growing within the organization. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as appropriate and necessary.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take initiative, demonstrate leadership, and take charge of a situation.
• Strong personal responsibility and reliability, and a desire to work as an integral team member.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
• Computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

• Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
• Greet and welcome customers and help set a positive tone for their experience.
• Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member.
• Coordinate front desk activities, including answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Track incoming sales calls in the CRM.
• Assist customers with questions directed to the reception desk.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
• Perform other duties, functions, and responsibilities as appropriate and necessary.
