About The Position

St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff. The position supports a 54-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care as part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire's continuum of care. The schedule includes day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, weekday coverage shifts as needed, and every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). The role also provides administrative support to the leadership team and performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, vendors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Answer and direct calls through a multi-line phone system.
Maintain resident directories and related records.
Assist with locating staff through the facility paging system.
Provide information and directions to visitors and guests.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Manage Resident Trust Account transactions and daily deposits.
Maintain cash boxes for gift shop sales, meal tickets, and other transactions.
Order and replenish office supplies as needed.
Operate office equipment safely and report any malfunctions.
Provide administrative support to the leadership team and perform additional duties as assigned.
