About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating all incoming communications, operating a multi-line telecommunications system, and greeting/directing consumers and visitors to appropriate personnel in an outpatient psychiatric clinic. The incumbent will also schedule client appointments, assist with financial intakes, attain authorization for services, print/distribute routine service reports, and provide general clerical support such as filing, faxing, and copying. The position requires handling confidential records, taking client vitals, purchasing, banking, and managing petty cash. It demands a highly organized individual with multi-tasking skills, capable of managing requests from multiple staff in a high-traffic, high-noise environment, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with multi-tasking skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Personal automobile liability insurance as required by the state of Texas
  • Working computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel
