About The Position

As the first point of contact on the property or via phone, you’ll be the welcoming presence for our residents, guests, and vendors. This role requires professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to resolve inquiries or direct them appropriately—all while delivering a positive experience every time. The Receptionist will be reporting to the Property Manager.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service experience
• Strong listening and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

• Bilingualism is considered an asset
• Knowledge of Yardi is an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience for all guests and residents
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident issues, informing management and following up where needed
• Maintain detailed logbooks of activities, maintenance requests, key distribution, and escalate matters as appropriate
• Enter service notifications, work orders, and purchase requisitions accurately into Yardi in a timely manner
• Coordinate access for team members and contractors, ensuring proper notice is provided
• Support the team with correspondence, ordering supplies, filing, and contacting residents as needed
• Ensure adherence to building security and access procedures
• Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management
