Requirements

• Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
• Clear and professional communication (in person and over the phone)
• Strong computer and multitasking abilities (Internet, MS Outlook)
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
• Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department
• Identify customer needs and connect them with the right team members
• Accurately relay messages and maintain organized communication
• Enter and update customer information in dealership systems
• Support day‑to-day administrative needs of the dealership
