Receptionist

We are now hiring a Receptionist part-time (evenings) to be the newest member of our awesome team! Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Able to use a 10 key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment
- Pleasant voice and clear speech
Nice To Haves
- Experience in senior care facility
- Experience in healthcare
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for everyone entering the facility.
- Greet visitors.
- Answer telephones.
- Direct callers to appropriate parties.
- Assist with general administrative support functions of the facility.
