About The Position
The Receptionist serves as an introduction to Clinica Sierra Vista and is the principal staff member responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of patients throughout the clinic’s services. The role requires someone who can work independently, prioritize activities, and respect the confidentiality of patients’ concerns. This is a float position supporting check-in for Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Optometry.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- High school diploma.
- Adhere to Clinica Sierra Vista employee health and immunization requirements, or provide a valid exemption request for subsequent approval.

- Bilingual.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients as they arrive.
- Assist patients and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Answer patient questions about Clinica Sierra Vista policies and procedures.
- Maintain reasonable and predictable in-person attendance.
- Explain the roles of Clinica Sierra Vista’s health services and programs.
- Complete patient registration as needed, including enrolling patients in the MyChart portal.
- Complete the patient check-in process for Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Optometry.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or District Administrator.
