About The Position
Clinica Sierra Vista is seeking a Receptionist-CHC to join their team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for patients and is responsible for ensuring a smooth patient flow through the clinic's services. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain patient confidentiality. This position involves close collaboration with patients and support staff to deliver timely and efficient services.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients as they come in.
- Assist and direct patients to the appropriate department.
- Answer patient questions regarding Clinica Sierra Vista's policies and procedures.
- Maintain reasonable and predictable in-person attendance.
- Explain the role of health services and programs within Clinica Sierra Vista.
- Complete patient registration as needed, including enrolling patients into the MyChart portal.
- Complete the check-in process for patients in Pediatrics, Obstetrics, and Optometry.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or District Administrator.
