About The Position
McMichael and Gray P.C., a full-service Law Firm is currently seeking a Receptionist/Postcloser to join the team! The ideal candidate will be a team player and will carry a professional and positive demeanor. McMichael & Gray, PC is seeking a Post-Closer/ Disburser working with a real estate law firm. In addition to experience, the ideal applicant will have an eye toward detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment. The applicant must have the ability to professionally communicate with clients, work both independently and as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service. Experience with SoftPro Select is a plus.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
- Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance.
- Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
- Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
- Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing, whenever needed
- Preparing refreshments, if needed
